(Berlin)  I’m in Berlin at the IFA consumer tech show where Etymotic Research announced earbuds designed to help parents protect their kids’ hearing.  Parents can limit the volume of the sound that reaches the child’s ears and, according to the company, the earbud’s sound isolation features let kids play music at a lower volume and still have it sound good.
